At Talentchef we are looking for a Visual Designer to join our creative team in Estepona.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in visual design and corporate editorial layout, along with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create visually engaging, functional and well-structured designs. You will work closely with both the creative team and the different departments across the company.
Responsabilities
The responsibilities of our Visual Designer will include:
- Design and layout editorial materials such as presentations, market research reports, operational manuals and other digital content.
- Create clear, visually appealing designs aligned with the company’s quality standards and visual guidelines.
- Structure and organize information through effective layout and hierarchy.
- Visually manage and simplify large volumes of content.
- Ensure consistent application of corporate templates and brand guidelines.
What are we looking for in our Visual Designer?
- Degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design or Digital Design.
- Specialized training in Adobe InDesign.
- Proven experience in digital editorial design and corporate presentation layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including paragraph, character and object styles.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Keynote.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour and composition.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, visually structured and easy-to-follow documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across extensive documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, collaborating across different departments.
- A creative mindset with strong visual judgement suited to corporate environments.
- A high level of English, both written and spoken, is essential, as the role involves working regularly with English-language content.
